Johanna founded The Routine in 2011 and has more than 20 years of experience, beginning her career in London. She is a creative soul with relentless drive and an extraordinary sense for both style and service. As a Master Stylist, Johanna represents the very heart of The Routine – a blend of cosmopolitan energy and northern warmth.
Sandra
Hairdresser
Sandra is one of our most sought-after stylists, with many years of experience and a diploma in her craft. As salon manager, she is known for her exceptional skill – especially when it comes to long, blonde hair. With precision and intuition, Sandra creates results that last.
Enya
Trainee
Enya loves the variety that comes with being a hairdresser and is driven by a curiosity to learn more every single day. She has completed her four-year trainee program with us and holds a journeyman’s certificate. When you book a treatment with Enya, you’ll meet a dedicated stylist and receive a service marked by both heart and precision.
Liudmyla
Hairdresser
With 20 years of experience, Liudmyla is a highly skilled stylist with journeyman's certificate, who started her first job in Sweden in 2024. She brings an international background combined with a humility for learning the new. Even though her Swedish is still developing, her hands and sense for detail speak a universal language.

Skin & Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist
Johanna Å is our popular skin and spa therapist as well as massage therapist. Skilled, warm, and professional, she has a passion for holistic skincare. Her treatments are not only a moment of relaxation but also an investment in both body and soul.
Level 1
Level 1 hairdressers have just graduated from hairdressing school, completed their traineeship and are newly licensed. They gain and develop the skills required to deliver quality services in selected areas of their craft at level 1 prices.
Level 2
Junior hairdressers are either new to our salon with experience, or they have joined us early in their career and have chosen to develop their craft within our team. They are skilled in basic cutting, styling and colouring, and they often collaborate with our Senior/Master stylists for more advanced services. They have a minimum of 2 years of experience and are working to build their confidence as they hone their skills and develop within their craft. Booking your service with a Level 1-2 stylist is a great option for those looking for a more cost-effective price.
Level 3
Senior stylists have amassed a minimum of 4 years of experience, training and skill both behind the chair and through advanced continuing education. They are well-equipped to handle more advanced cutting and colouring services. They are also skilled in advanced services such as extensive colour projects and colour corrections.
Level 4
Level 4 stylists are established, respected and have a reputation for excellence that has earned them this title. With years of experience, advanced training, and the highest demand for their services, there is little a Level 4 stylist has not mastered in their craft. They are leaders in the organization and experienced mentors who share their knowledge with the next generation of promising talent!
Level 5
v Our Level 5 stylists are masters behind the chair, with close to 10 years of experience. They have found their niche within the industry and completed advanced training in their chosen specialties. Level 5 stylists also serve as salon managers and mentors for the entire team.
Level 6
Level 6 master stylists represent the highest level of technical expertise in the profession. With around 15 years of experience, including advanced training in cutting and coloring, they also provide ongoing education to our junior stylists. Level 6 stylists are consummate professionals, delivering each of our services with elite results.
Trainees
Our trainees have completed hairdressing school and are in the process of finishing their final 2,000 hours before the licensing exam. They have limited experience, which means treatments may take a little longer. All trainees are guided by our stylists at Levels 4–6. Booking with a trainee is a great option if you are looking for a more cost-effective service, have the time to sit a bit longer, and appreciate supporting beginners.
